The New York Times, useful as always, informs us there is an etiquette manual for jihadis. There are many arcane rules, with even more arcane rationalizations about killing civilians and children and human life in all its diversity. You can peruse it and vomit here.
In the Judeo-Christian world, we have one rule: Thou shalt not kill.
True, we don't always follow it, but our society lives and survives by it.
It is the difference between civilization and savagery.
